Thursday, May 02, 2013. Gag Me With A Toon 5. The 5th annual Gag Me With A Toon show opens Saturday, May 4th 2013 at WWA Gallery. I have a new painting for this fun show. I chose the 80s cartoon character She-Ra, The Princess of Power as my subject, and used Botticelli's 'The Birth of Venus' as my inspiration. Opening reception is from 7 – 10PM on Saturday, May 4th. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Girls Drawin' Girls at Galerie Arludik in Paris. In May Girls Drawin' Girls had a group art show at Galerie Arludik in Paris, France. There were 20 members selected to be in this show, and I was lucky to be one of them. I was also lucky to be able to travel to Paris for the opening, along with several other artists in the show. Friday, March 16, 2012. Gag Me With a Toon 4. I have been invited to participate again in the annual Gag Me With a Toon show. There are over 70 artists in this show of pop culture cartoon based art. The show opens March 17th and runs until April 17th at WWA Gallery in Culver City. This year I chose the Jetsons for my piece.
