When unable to put these experiences in perspective, a part of us becomes stuck in the past. Affect regulation and balance. I believe it is essential to continue to seek training in cutting edge therapies. To this end, I sought training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I love my work!
