Saturday, March 9, 2013. Recently I went to Mt. Vernon, home of our grand and wonderful first President, George Washington. Besides my deep and abiding love for Mr. Washington, I was filled with all sorts of patriotic feelings for the nation and its founding. It is such an excellent place. All week John has been taking loads of boxes over to the apartment of some friends who are letting us store our stuff while they are gone all summer. And yesterday more friends came to move the big stuff. What a blessings it has been! Another great blessing: finding out Friday this we do have a place to live in the fall!
