I had kept having long hair since i was 14, it was a long period of time, so i decided to have a change! I think i'll miss them when i shoot self-portrait (cuz i dont have hair cover my face anymore T T) but so far, i love my new hair cut, and washing hair gets so much easier now. :P. I had 3 goals. In 2012, and honestly i didn't really achieve any of them (probably 50% for each of them only). things was gotten crazy after august, i didn't even know where to start, during those days, i felt like a machine, making a living but not having a life. finally things have been settled down these days, i've felt alive again. the smell of freedom is so sweet.and so expensive. It happened in Beijing 23 years ago. I wasn't even born yet, I used to not understand why so many people would go to Victoria Park for the candlelight vigil on June 4 year by year. Later, I learned about the incident from older generation, news, books and documentary videos. I could still feel the pain. It was cruel when our armies killed our unarmed. The idea of the shoot came from my broken skull, I got this skull at a pretty early stage of my photography. It was one of the props that I've used the most (I used it so many times that I consider to named it T T) and I've done a lot of self-portraits with it, for example:.
