I'm sad to learn that Andrea Roca. Earned her angel wings yesterday morning, Sunday November 22, 2009 at 1047. I met Andrea through Moment by Moment, a photography group dedicated to photographing children with life limiting illnesses. Which put me in contact with Andrea and her family. Unfortunatly, pleuroplumonary blastoma. Proved too strong for Andrea, but she didn't give up without a fight. Please see the earlier post and images of Andrea Roca. Posted by Darren DeSilva at 17:26. Skip to primary content. Andrea was a typical energetic toddler until one of her lungs collapsed and she was diagnosed with a rare pediatric cancer – Pleuropulmonary Blastoma (PPB). Throughout her 10-month battle, she impressed everyone with her strength, determination, smiles and infectious giggles. In Andrea’s memory, family and friends have started raising funds for PPB.
