Sunday, December 12, 2010. So, this is how we ended up back at the hospital. Andrea developed a small blister on her stomach, probably from rubbing it with her hands. When the blister popped, a small section of the shunt tubing that runs down in to her abdomen was showing. As a precaution, the Center sent her over to the hospital, which as you know is my preference. Let me back up, as I just check my last two posts and see that I forgot somethings. Monday, June 28, 2010. 06/28/10 - Update - from hospital 2. Andrea is out of surgery and everything is fine! We ran into one snag along the way but they got past it. The scar tissue from where she had the prior trach. Had tightened and was causing problems. The doctors tried to induce muscle relaxers but nothing seemed to work. Another surgeon was called in and a new trach. Was established to allow the access they needed and to secure the airway. Update - 06/28/10 - from hospital. When we got to the hosp...

Tuesday, July 21, 2015. This pregnancy has been flying by! Overall I have felt pretty well, but the best part has been that I have been able to continue to work out. I have been running anywhere from 12-20 miles a week, depending on the week, along with doing some weights, long walks and other things. It has really helped me to feel better overall I think. I changed my mind and we found out! Baby #6 is a VERY healthy baby BOY! We are all excited for Liam to have a little buddy! No longer a Cub Scout!
