No more shoulda, woulda, coulda…Just do it! 12wbt food – Bircher Brekkie. Mon, August 27, 2012. LOVE the 12wbt Bircher Brekkie, so so so yum! I made as per recipe but for the yogurt used Jalna full fat greek yoghurt. Also after serving this morning, I mixed in a grated apple. No more shoulda, woulda, coulda…Just do it! Day 2, 12wbt Round 3, 2012. Tue, August 28, 2012. Have had an awesome day so far. Made sure I got my exercise done in the afternoon as I know it never happens at night time! It is toning day today so did a pump class with a warm up and cool down walk on the treadmill. After tracking over last couple days, snuck a weigh in this morning, Mon 27/8 and back down to 106.3kg YAY! That is 20.3kg gone! I am looking forward to week 1 weigh in on Wednesday!
