Monday, 8 June 2015. Motion control. working! I started working on my motion control project again! In May 2011 an article about a DIY motion control. Caught my attention. I was especially interested to try it with the Dragonframe software. I followed the idea of Martin Koch but replaced the wire with a steel threaded rod and two nuts, to make it more suitable and reliable for stop motion animation. Thursday, 18 July 2013. More musical commercials coming up. I'm currently working on two more commercials for Groove Music Shop. The first one featuring a drumkit is finished. Right now I'm doing the last bits of preparation for the second one, which will be about a saxophone. Tomorrow it's back to the animation set! Thursday, 10 January 2013. Here's the commercial for Groove Music Shop. I've been working on last month:. This is the first out of a series of three commercials. The next two will be finished in the Summer season. Sunday, 6 January 2013. In the near future I'll post the short commercial I did for Groove Music Shop. For now, here is already a bit of extra stuff! Some pictures I made during the making of the commercial. These are the two versions of the guitar, for the biggest part made out of balsa wood.

Ceri's Adventures in Stop-Motion. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. There hasn't been much time for blog updating over the last few weeks. very very busy. For a start I've been working on a short film proposal for funding from the 4mations scheme (run by channel 4). Being my usual self, I got a bit carried away trying to get it perfect so I ended up not sleeping a great deal over the last few weeks. Anyway, now it's just a case of wait and see.
