While she competing, Harrison and Melanie came to spend the afternoon with us. That evening we went back downtown to see the awards with my aunt Alma. Here is Madeline showing us her results display. Saturday, July 04, 2015. The heart of the home, the center of my family memories. Food was central to what we planned for the 4th. Grandma always made fried chicken and potato salad. We usually ate it cold because she prepared it before the parade and that's what we ate for lunch. This year Brad offered to fry all of the chicken and I worked alongside of him making her potato salad. But Lisa joined right in too! Our kitchen is full of laughter! And of course mom is dancing.she wouldn't miss it.

I think 10 week of 60 miles per week is the right prep for me after two successful marathons using Hansons. But this year I also had over 100 barre3 classes under my belt too! The other thing about Gregory is you can light your own fireworks any where you would like. This is the street on the side of my uncle's house. We had just put our tired kids to bed.
