DIARY OF A GIRL GONE WILD. Tuesday, June 24, 2008. This week I have the privilege of making sure Peace Corps Volunteers do not get deported or burn down the Peace Corps House in Choma. That I am trusted to be in charge of 25 people after burning down my toilet and doing a whole range of idiotic things over these last two years is pretty startling for a lot of you. Fear not, I am doing a stellar job. I am so excited to do life with all the people I love back in the States. Peace Corps Buddy Julie.

Updates from the pelton family. Sunday, November 2, 2008. We had a day of raking the leaves and Noah was out with us to help! He pushed his little lawn mower around and loved playing in the piles of leaves- so cute! Noah was a little Dalmation puppy this year- thanks to the great hand-me-down from Andy and Leslie! Yellow Days and Blue Skies. Saturday, October 18, 2008. Hazel Rose is Here! Hazel Rose Thrash is here! We are so excited to add a new troop to the family. Mark and Jamie made it through the 17 hour process with flying colors and Hazel Rose is perfectly beautiful. I brought over some good ole southern comfort food and we spent the evening celebrating with the new family. Hazel is baby three of the quickly growing family! We can't wait for more. The whole crew welcomes Hazel Rose! We can't wait to babysit.

Yellow Days and Blue Skies. Tuesday, December 2, 2008. In this crazy life that keeps us all so busy. I try to pretend we live in a small town with neighbors down the road. These neighbors can pop by any time they want and spontaneous dinners are served. Ok, so this isn't exactly the case - but we do have our neighbors - Rian, Meghan and Wallace! We live just down the road from each other and Meghan and I decided it was time to be more neighborly. so we have a monthly dinners. Neighbors are the best!

Updates from the pelton family. Saturday, October 17, 2009. Pedal cart with Noah- Ryan was dying by the end :). Noah doing his model pose. We spent a great chilly fall day at the apple orchard/pumpkin patch. We picked apples, went on a hayride, picked out our pumpkins, and fed some animals. Noah loved it and we loved watching him get so excited about everything. It was a great day! Sorry for the excessive amount of pics to follow. Feeding the baby goat. He found his apple! Ryan, our apple picking man!
