Thursday, February 6, 2014. We had an unexpected snow day here in Vancouver. It was so bad that the school called to have me come and pick up the kids because our city is unequipped to handle this much snow. Sam and Ben were so excited to get out in the snow and play but they didn't last very long since they are not used to it. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. First Day of School. Hair cut, new clothes on, we are ready to start the 2014 school year! Bethany-2nd, Matthew-6th, Sam-Kindergarten, Timmy-4th, Ben-Preschool. I tried really hard but couldn't ever remember to get Scott's (Freshman) picture. He started early morning seminary this year and leaves way before the other kids even open their eyes! Friday, April 25, 2014. Our ward does an annual cake auction as a fund raiser for our youth and we love to bake cakes! This year Timmy made a cake and called it "Dad on a motorcycle". Andy and I made "Olaf". I thought he turned out cute but he was a lot of work. When we got him to the church he started melting because there were so many people in the room it was too warm for the cake! It was very fitting for a snowman cake, especially Olaf! Toronto family in action. This is what we do. Sunday, January 9, 2011. The kids all got to sit on Santa's lap on Christmas Eve. Chloe was so enamoured by him. Hearing her say "Santa" in her little almost three year old voice was so cute. I love this smile she has on her face! Chloe was very slow about opening her presents.
