Just another WordPress.com weblog. April 7, 2012. I normally don’t blog about personal or health issues, but I felt the need to address some health issues that more and more people are experiencing. In about 2010 my wife and I applied for life insurance. After all the tests and blood work, it turned out I had type 2 diabetes. I thought I was healthy and fairly active. But I couldn’t really see what I was like. I was very overweight, or fat, and not as active as I thought I was and my diet was horrible.
