Mr Andrew J. Christian. June 8, 2014. Back from a hectic Prac. Well, it sure has been a while now since my last post on here and all I can say is wow. Since my last post I’ve had a number of assignments due and of course a professional experience placement to complete. Prac was crazy and is in fact why, or at least partly why. I’m so far behind on both my weekly posts and other learning journal aspects. I undertook my prac out at Dalby Christian College. Puffed up ICTs… why use them?

Which he then sent through to me about flipping the classroom, but doing so using the concept of video games. The article is on the little known teaching resource / video game of Classcraft. Mr Andrew J. Christian. June 9, 2014. While going through the Connect.ed modules I found it rather disturbing the amount of cyberbullying that actually goes on amongst teens. This was a bit of an eye-opener for me as although I certainly realised it was quite prevalent I didn’t know just how bad it was. I didn’t realise how bad it is simply because I didn’t use only social networking sites and the like until year 12. For instance, why such a difference between QLD and TAS girls? In Lauren’s post “ A Push to ban Laptops in the Classroom. 8221; she gives a brief outline on an article. 8221; ( Rockmore, D., 2014. However, when you read articles like this one and hear the research evidence in accordance with it you can’t help but question; Are we trying to hard to integrate ICTs?
