Are Sales of Homes Really Getting better? 8230; now that’s crazy. Recent statistics have indicated that investors are purchasing almost 50% of the houses being sold, at much reduced prices of course but I’ve been analyzing some of those purchases and there is simply no way an investor is going to make money on the deals. So I finally arranged my schedule to allow some time to create my own blog. I've never been much of a writer but hey, it can't be that hard. Can it? After realizing I was wasting so much time in front of the TV and playing on the internet, I figured I might as well do something more useful with my time and start blogging.
