http://nationaltriathloncentre.blogspot.com/2011/03/winter-training.html
For further information on the NTC development/junior program email Patrick Kelly at: patrick.kelly@triathloncanada.com. Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Good advice from Marnie McBean - Canadian three time Olympic Gold Medallist (rowing). Is March the doldrums? Many days were incredible and the people he met, and the things he saw were inspiring. There were also some days when, with each step, he said his mantra was, “this sucks, this sucks, this sucks, this sucks”. Coaches and trainers design winter training ...

Samantha Klus: Ottawa Triathlon Camp
http://samanthaklus.blogspot.com/2012/07/ottawa-triathlon-camp.html
Wednesday, 25 July 2012. Getting ready to ride! Last week was sooooo crazy. Patrick and I spent Monday-Thursday counselling at a triathlon camp for kids ages 8-14. Who knew so many young kids would be interested in triathlon? We had an amazing group of kids with different experience levels. Many showed up with mountain bikes but some kids even had clips and teeny tiny speed bikes! Our days were packed with games, sessions and last but not least…snack breaks (my favourite)! One of my first races! Ah yes, ...

Thursday, December 6, 2012. A very much delayed New Zealand Race Report and Update. Sorry for the lack of updates over the past couple of months. It has been a whirlwind of midterms, playing a huge game of catch up with school and now preparing for finals. Also if you haven't already seen it here is my wonderful worlds video, made by my amazing coach Craig Taylor. It definitely embodies me as an athlete. If you are feeling down.just watch the video and it will bring a smile :). Action shot on the bike:.

Dominika Jamnicky: May 2013
http://dominikajamnicky.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Personally, I am more motivated to write about my successes and happy times. When my roller coaster of a life dips from a peak high steeply down to a low I am less inclined to share. I know a lot of people would agree and can relate. I had a much better performance in Barbados and had my "Domi" racing qualities back. I felt relaxed and happy to race again. The cherry on top was a second place finish, my first ITU podium finish. Here is a video of the race:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
