Despite living in Austin for years I’m always pleasantly surprised when I hear about some new place to check out or when I finally get around to visiting one of those places. Recently I went to check out an unusual place: 1008 Baylor Street. It’s a rare undeveloped plot of land near UT in a very developed area.
