The bar is situated in St. George's Bay a few minutes walk from St. Julian's and Paceville. It can easily be reached by car from the regional road at the St. Andrew's turning. This new road built for the larger hotels avoids the narrower roads in St. Julian's which may be congested. For a detailed map visit the maltavista. Site and you will see St. George's Bay top right. Andrews bar is the oldest in Malta and is inter-connected to Indri's Restaurant. The bar first opened in 1909 and celebrated its centenary in June 2009. We have two bars to provide you with drinks. They are comprehensively stocked with spirits (as you can see) together with beers and soft drinks from Simonds Farsons Cisk plc. But they are not normally as empty as this! As well as the extensive choice in drinks, you may also choose a meal or snack from our wide and varied menu. We also offer Heineken.

In Indri's Restaurant we can provide snacks or full meals from nine in the morning to closing time. There is a wide variety of food available depending on your tastes including Maltese, Italian and English cuisines. In 2011 we completlely refurbished and redecorated the restaurant - see the pictures below. We do hope you like the new look. Andrew's Bar Turns 100. Passing from one generation to another. The following appeared in the "Times of Malta" on Monday 22nd of June 2009 following the 100 years celebration on Friday 19th June 2009. We've met people from all walks of life," Andrew Chircop said. His brother, Simon added, "I remember once a woman almost gave birth here. Her belly was about to pop and suddenly, she fell to the ground and started screaming. We immediately called the ambulance".
