Friday, October 31, 2014. Thursday, October 30, 2014. On the Moorabool River. Here's a few more from last nights visit to Moorabool Falls and the Moorabool River West. The clear blue skies are what gives the first image here its bluish cast and some nice reflected light helped in the second one here, both about 20 metres upstream from the edge of the falls. You can probably see why I'm so keen to make the most of this location before the water runs out! It's really worth clicking on this for a bigger look.

On Wednesday afternoon I was down south west of Ballarat checking out some locations around the Devils Kitchen at Piggoreet. There is a lot to be explored in this area and I found this nice view along one of the country lanes. Sunday, May 31, 2015. With the forecast for wet, windy conditions by lunchtime on Sunday, and the rest of the day, I made a mid-morning visit out to Mt Warrenheip, where some low lying mist gave me some nice atmospherics to play around with. And can you see what's hiding in the 3rd image here? I waited for quite a while for some movement to get a clear image, and when he did move it was way to fast! First day of winter on Monday morning, I'm hoping for a nice sunrise! And some snow in a couple of days!
