I thought about taking the time to really re-work this piece and make it “solid”, but one of the things that struck me in today’s practice is how perfectly imperfect things can be, how beautiful a form can be even if it isn’t what you set out to accomplish. I’m proud of this piece, if only because it captures a heartbeat of my life today. Here on the ground, I lay humbled.
