Where can I stay? For those of you who do not live in the area, there are a number of options. Accommodation in Aberdare is basically limited to a Premier Inn. We have selected the following dishes for our wedding breakfast; please will you let us have your selections by June 19th. Carrot and Coriander soup served with a dash of cream and fresh coriander. Vegetable Bruschetta with a mature cheddar and white wine sabayon. Welsh Glamorgan Sausages on a bed of crushed coriander potato.
