Andy Frazier Books - Author
http://andyfrazier.co.uk/index.htm
Welcome to Andy Frazier's web pages. Is an author of children's stories. Occasionally he writes things for grown ups too but he finds this quite hard as he has never quite grown up himself. He has always wanted to write ever since he was a child and now he can't think of anything he would rather do. He gets his most enjoyment out of creating colourful characters and then bringing them to life in humorous situations. Follow Andy Frazier on. Andy is now writing travel guides under the eTravellers. Andy is ...

Rantings from a French farmhouse: September 2014
http://andyfrazierbooks.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Rantings from a French farmhouse. Thursday, 11 September 2014. 8217; One assumes, despite poor lads and lasses in the schemes in Glasgow believing that their YES vote will mean they get salmon and sturgeon on the menu in their local chippie (can I get a fried mars bar and a poke o chips wi tha’? That enough people without saltire-coloured glasses on will turn out on the day and make sense of it all. Otherwise, we may be fleeing south like Kind Edward himself with our jimmy hats on fire! Maybe they are co...

Rantings from a French farmhouse: December 2014
http://andyfrazierbooks.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Rantings from a French farmhouse. Thursday, 11 December 2014. Secrets of the seventies. Why is it that we can’t just let the chemically induced indulgence into the hallucinogenic haze of the seventies fade away without embarrassment? Please mister government, outlaw everything that hails from that decade, except the music (and possibly the Ferrari 308 GTB). Thank you. You’ll be safe there until the Brigadier arrives! It is nothing less than an outrage, I’m telling you! While we are on the issue of remini...

Rantings from a French farmhouse. Monday, 12 May 2014. However, the same week, I drove onto the autoroute and found it chocka with dangerously weaving caravans, all on British plates, and re-considered. Perhaps Mr and Mrs Bearded-bank-holiday-maker really should also have a medical health check every time they pull their 14 foot Sprite out of storage, possibly with a mental health inspection and an annual driving test to boot! Seriously, when he is not barking at said rabbit, he goes looking for it inside.

Rantings from a French farmhouse. Thursday, 14 May 2015. For all it totally disinterests me, I suppose I should give the election a mention, if only to congratulate Mark Garner on his Westminster seat. But what the heck were the opinion polls all doing? I mean, had they asked all the wrong people, to get their predictions so far out? Or maybe everyone they asked had been lying, or changed their mind last minute? Lifemeddlers, please stop. See, this is what the French think of laws that they don’t a...
Rantings from a French farmhouse: February 2015
http://andyfrazierbooks.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Rantings from a French farmhouse. Friday, 13 February 2015. I write today from the train to Perth – but sadly not the one in Australia! What if I made a mistake? What if I mishear what one of the old guard has told me and document a McDermot as a McDonald or, worse still, an Eric as an Erica? Does the bored man wearing cheap pin-stripes on the seat next to me with not a care in the world, while he squanders his life playing Tetris on his phone, have any idea of my plight? Elephant in the room! On another...

Rantings from a French farmhouse. Thursday, 15 January 2015. Why, why why? 8217; If nothing, I still have a way with words! Meanwhile New Zealand’s own blood thirsty song about slicing their opponents into tiny pieces with a machete is, of course acceptable, as the Maori tribes are in the ethnic minority, so that’s alright! Here – was the correct action from the French to then print yet more propaganda against Allah in the subsequent publication of Charlie Hebdo? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A book full i...
