Andy struck out on his own in 2006 with a CD of original blues songs, Goin' to the Racetrack, which still receives international radio airplay. In 2008, Andy was a guest artist on Larry Garner's Dixie Frog Records release, Here Today, Gone Tomorrow. After relocating to High Point, NC, in 2010, Andy has performed at many Piedmont area festivals including Greensboro's 25th Anniversary Carolina Blues Festival. His second CD, Down by the River, released in 2011 features Andy alone and acoustic.

Friday, April 30, 2010. T@B Blue Ridge Rally 2010. Spring Beach Trip 2010. This was our second Blue Ridge Rally with the T@B trailer group. The weather was good, the people wonderful, and RV park beautiful. This year we went with a few other campers to see Chimney Rock Park which was quite impressive. On our way to and from the southwest we stayed in Oklahoma and Texas at two most interesting and beautiful parks. Foass State Park in Western Oklahoma was the most restful place to stay with thousands of acres of prairie and water.
