A much-needed break from school (for both Cameron and I) allowed us to travel to see Rachel and Amanda in Dallas and then up to Nashville to meet up with Cameron's parents for a couple of days. Monday, April 5, 2010. Easter service at Crossbridge. Caleb got a kite, pajamas, eggs filled with Cheerios, and a ball (he loved the ball! Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Caleb is 15 months today. We just got back from his well-baby visit. He wasn't very cooperative with the nurse today! We had to do the method where I stood on the scale holding him, etc. to determine his weight (on the upside . . . their scale seemed very forgiving, I weighed less than I thought I did - when does that ever happen? Just a quick update (Caleb may be waking up any minute) . . . after much prayer and a lot of deliberation, Cameron and I decided that I should take the teaching/admin position at Logos Preparatory Academy. Logos has a really neat set-up: students are in the classroom twice a week and spend the other days at home with parents taking the lead in their education. Only problem is that last night I was up until 1am. Stayed up too late reading the book and then couldn't fall asleep because of my previously wonderful nap.
