He said that I could speak to someone in their Oncology department about possibly starting chemotherapy, but I know there is no possible way I could afford to give her chemotherapy treatments after already spending thousands of dollars on her eye treatments and surgeries. After losing our beloved 9 year-old Doberman, Lexie, in July of 2012, I was afraid it might be too soon to bring home a new Dobe pup, but now that Margot has come into our lives and stolen our hearts, it feels more like she arrived just in time. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. So, I have a question. Margot is 20 weeks-old today, so technically that means she’s 5 months-old, right (assuming four weeks per month)? Margot seems to FINALLY be grasping the concept of telling us when she needs to go outside!
