Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Breakfast: Banana, grape juice, coffee, oatmeal. Lunch: Progresso Chicken and wild rice soup, pineapples tidbits, water. Dinner:Teriyaki salmon, mixed veggies, spinach, 2 wheat rolls, and sweet tea. My 45 min Rock Bottom Class was cancelled, so instead I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 4 sets of 10 lat raises, 2 sets of 10 arm curls and the 1 hour Killer Core class (yea me)! Monday, October 12, 2009. Well, this is the last post for the Get Fit 4 Christ program! I'm very happy with the outcome, although I only lost about 6 or 7 pounds. My daughter was home and took my measurements and I've lost a total of 4 inches off my waist! If anyone is reading this, thanks for watching my progress. Writing about it really helps! Friday, March 26, 2010. Ok, so things didn't go so well. I've been having problems with my feet and I was told I have plantar faciitis. So that makes it really hard to work out. I need to get new tennis shoes and they are $140! So I have to figure out what I'm going to do. This has not helped my weight loss at all since I've done nothing but sit around and eat poorly.
