The time has gone by so fast and he has grown to be quite a mart little boy and so much fun. We love having Samuel as our son and he has taught us many things as he has grown. Since I own a plethora of different weight loss books, videos, DVD's, plans and booklets, from previous diets of course. As well as a membership to the local Anytime Fitness, I narrowed it down to P90X and A higher protein low carb food plan. No bread, No rice, No pasta, that's the hard part. Isn't that the truth? Saturday, August 11, 2012. I survived the first week of school. I even went walking TWICE at 6:30 IN THE MORNING. I don't know how to put that into perspective but to say that I am not a morning person. I have been staying in bed all summer much later than that.
