Since starting school again, my employer has been so gracious to lessen my workload and give me a day off during the week to focus on school and more importantly, myself. Well, lately I haven't been able to watch much tv, due to the many other more important commitments I have, but thankfully I have my handy dandy DVR to record the only two shows I usually ever commit to watching, {one of which I'm embarrassed to admit}. Monday, July 12, 2010. I just tried out a book that’s all about Whoopie Pies. One of the writers of the book (Amy) is also the editor of my book, Cake Pops. Amy sent me a copy to check out and I couldn’t be more excited for her. I made and fell in love with these sugar-filled sandwiches. They are delish! They’re like little cakes shaped like cookies (but pie-like not so much.). 8221; It made me wonder how common they are in other places. Have you made whoopie pies? Seen one out in the wild? Or pipe it on.
