Välkommen till härliga matupplevelser. Lördag 28 april 2012. Chiligryta á la cowboy style. Idag blev det långkok på spisen. En riktig chiligryta á la cowboy style, jag älskar verkligen att laga sådana här grytor. Som tar 4-5 timmar. Köttet blir helt underbart det bara smälter i munnen. Det är verkligen värt att ta sig tid att laga. Sådan här mat och det är ganska lätt, för maten sköter ju sig helt själv. Grytan står bara där på spisen och puttrar och. 1 kg högrev, putsad och skuren i 2 cm stora bitar.
