Wednesday, October 29, 2014. It's two days till Halloween and we are getting excited for a fun Friday night. Last weekend we drove to Palmer to visit the reindeer farm for their fall fest. We went two years ago. And they have added so many fun new things. We even got to meet princess Anna, Kristoff and Sven the reindeer! On Sunday we carved pumpkins. Anna was more into the guts than Lily was, but both were happy to make their spooky faces at the camera. Monday, October 27, 2014. April Rose is 4 Months Old.

Friday, August 29, 2014. April is 2 months.and we went to the fair. April got her first round of vaccinations Wednesday and got carted around the state fair for 7 hours on Tuesday. 2 months have flown by and these cheeks just won't quit! Monday, August 31, 2015. School is in Session. Anna started school on Wednesday and Chris and I got to drop her off together, thanks to my mom who watched the other two. She held both of our hands as we walked across the parking lot and towards the gym entrance where all the kids were filing in. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. More little bits of summer. Since those first steps 5 days ago, she is getting stronger and more confident each day, now she's up to 6 steps! Last Monday we took a drive out to Palmer with Cassandra and Ella to the U-Pick farm. Anna and Lily were at art camp and it was nice to just have the babies together and enjoy the beautiful farm out in the country. Rhubarb and greens were all that were ready to be picked, but we walked away with a bag full of kale and rhubarb for a crisp.

Monday, August 3, 2015. We pulled in around 2pm on Friday afternoon. We checked into our prebooked campsite and stretched our legs at the little mercantile near the park entrance. The girls were eager to learn how to finger knit and as soon as we got settled at camp we pulled out the yarn and they got right into it. Monday, April 28, 2014. April is almost over and we haven't had one rainy day! The snow is all gone and we are tempted to start planting, though we know we need to wait till at least mid may.just in case. The flower beds are cleaned out, and Anna has been helping daddy rake the lawn up in preparation for some watering. Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Last weekend we took our final camping trip for the season and April's first one ever! After dropping the camper off at Eklutna we drove to Palmer for their annual Harvest Festival. We've been twice before and it is getting so popular, the crowds may be too much to go again. We did try some new things though, like the cattle drive. Anna had her arms up the whole time like in a roller coaster, so cute. Some lunch and dancing with the Carhaart Brothers. Monday, April 20, 2015. Our little beauty celebrated with 4 friends and family on Saturday with a beautiful fairy party, and it was pretty magical. It was really fun putting together this party with Anna. She had a vanilla cake with lemon cream cheese frosting. Chris made the little garland with flowers and sticks from the yard. Auntie Suzi painted all the girls faces, and was amazing with some of the requests. Anika and Anna have been friends since they were 8 months old. Jewels in the watering can!
