At the age of twenty-five, I can appreciate the fact that a young man does not wish to be greeted by his mother with one eye behind her camera, and the other eye scrunched up- snapping photos of him. Having said that, Sean is simply a great subject, and now that I am taking a photography class, I need a great subject. After questioning his mental health, I wanted to ask him to strike a pose. I didn't. I behaved myself. Living in the NOW.

Please see my notes at the bottom because I add a little extra touch to my pie crusts. Click here to see after and recipes:. Old Fashioned Apple Pie. This classic recipe is from the Little Pie Company of the Big Apple. 6 or 7 large golden delicious apples, or 3 pounds. 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg.

Chiropractor rip-offs, acupuncture relief doesn't hold long enough, and doctors want to push pain pills. I've been hanging upside down like a bat, doing stretches, walking, icing, etc. Nothing is fixing this. Tomorrow I tell doc I want an MRI or something to make sure this isn't something more serious. A year of back pain and numb leg and foot seems a bit extreme.

Recipe adapted from Giada De Laurentiis recipe. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup of sparkling water (do not use plain water). 3/4 tsp Kosher salt. 1 1/2 ounces goat cheese, at room temperature. 2 ounces Cream cheese, at room temperature. You should have approx 1/3 cup of cheese combined. 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil. 1 finely chopped scallion (green onion).
