Sunday, 14 September 2014. Here is my creative train of thoughs. I love pouches. How can I make them more usable and trendy? Small is kamai. Plus the bag is made faster, and I can try different stitches on them. And mini pouches were born. The idea is to use them as key ring, to put coins, sd cards, usb cards, chapstick or anything you want. I then made the peach ones, and you can see the different stitches used. Thursday, 20 November 2014. Polymer clay for Christmas. I finally started making little Christmas stuff out of Fimo for the Christmas fairs that start next week end. EEk! I made 10 little red elves. Very little, they are only 3cm high! But they are supposed to be charms, or key ring things, so they can't be bulky. Question for my Crafters out there. How many of you have used a hot-fix crystal setter? I know that I haven't been able to post in awhile and it kills me that I haven't kept in touch with you guys. My job is going well. I had a little trouble remembering some procedures for credit card and check policies, but all in all it's good. I am still around. I am still around - I promise! We are remodeling yet another room with the help of Donald's uncle. It's daunting, but I know it will be worth it in the long run. Still stitching (or sewing, rather) my Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt. I hope that you enjoy the new pictures. Right now I am stitching the last row on - you'll have to wait in suspense for the color that I choose. And I have some FUN! Backing material that I bought in Chicago last year. Monday, May 19, 2014. On the 16th of May, Room 15 had a Pajama Party. We had a pajama party because our alien went all the way to the rocket. The movie we watched was Monsters University. We didn't have a shared lunch, but nobody cared. We choose Monsters University because we had a vote out of G-force, College road trip, Alpha and Omega, and Monsters University. Nobody voted for College road trip, 3 people voted for G-force, 10 people voted for Alpha and Omega and 9 people voted for Monsters University.
