Friday, October 31, 2008. 七時半才下班,移民的好友夫婦突然說要殺上我家,能力範圍內就只能做一個蜂蜜蛋糕送給他們.今次做得比上次好多了,很綿,很軟,鬆鬆的卻也濕潤,也發得很平均,美中不足是蛋糕入爐後顧著給狐狸煮飯,面色太深了些.我們就切了這一塊做早餐,其餘給朋友帶回家. Saturday, October 25, 2008. 都不知多少次了,一直想轉轉口味做熱情果撻;誰知那天跟小肥糖. 這陣子公事忙死了,但應承了好朋友,一天沒完事就一天不安心.開了TURBO,由從雪櫃拿出牛油造撻皮開始,直至撻放入雪櫃,merigue放入擠袋內冷藏,不過是個半小時. 撻皮經過低溫再烘,切開來,看到裡面也是焦色的,好脆好好吃,可惜熱情果果蓉比新檸汁和鮮熱情果汁甜很多,所以我用這個方法擠MERINGUE,比用聖安道嘴少好多,整體不至太甜. 兩位朋友吃完午飯,一邊說好吃一邊一件又一件,完全無懼肥胖,真是給煮食者最大的鼓舞. Angie - älskar att baka! Bloggen som handlar om allt inom hus and hem men framförallt bakning! Söndag 8 september 2013. Jag erkänner att jag inte varit så flitig med bloggandet över sommaren men d har varit så grymt varmt att jag inte känt mig motiverad till att baka. Men nu så kommer vi igång igen. Om en vecka fyller jag 32 o då tänkte jag baka lite bröd till de söta som kommer på besök då. Så igår kväll när solen gått ner o d inte var så varmt längre så satte jag igång =). 1½ tsk salt. 8 dl fint rågmjöl.
