This morning as I woke up, I glanced at this squarish object and an image surfaced. An image of me standing on it everyday religiously; checking the numbers, hoping it would be smaller than the previous day and when it was, I would smile happily with glee. Why are we so obessed with weight loss? Don't allow meaning you attached to the numbers to control you.
