It was not until today that I realized it’s really in Grand Prairie. Even though Texas was a member of the confederacy, I’m still suprised when I see a memorial to confederate soldiers in Texas cemeteries. Mushroom and Broccoli Alfredo. February 14, 2015. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cups broccoli florets. 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, sliced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Melt butter/margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Increase heat to medium high and add garlic, onion, broccoli, and baby portobello. Sauté until tender. Add drained pasta and stir to coat. February 9, 2015. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
