Monday, April 29, 2013. Well, I did most of it, but still - I DID IT! And you get to read allllllll about it! She helped me understand that I am actually really, really strong, pretty fast, and very capable of doing long distances with some speed. Apparently, I am pretty athletic! Thanks for that, Julie! Just a bit shy of the total mileage of our route! If you need a visual, watch this video for a few seconds. Only 2 days out of my life, I am. Great at recovery, and it was. The weekend was so much fun!
