Betalende Coaching en Hulp. Remt angst je leven af? In 2004 had ik mijn laatste angstaanval. Dat is ondertussen al lang geleden en het heeft me tijd en moeite gekost om me hier over te zetten. Vandaar dat ik sinds 2005 (al meer dan 10 jaar dus) andere mensen help om hun angst, paniekaanvallen, hyperventilatie, sociale fobie etc. te overwinnen. Ik merkte dat ik op steeds meer plaatsen angstig werd en last had van wat als? Tijdens het rijden, was ik bang geworden van elk raar gevoel in m'n lichaam enzovoort.
