Every Day is Caturday: Sephy Has Left US
http://caturday-bn.blogspot.com/2009/08/sephy-has-left-us.html
Sephy Has Left US. Some deworm, amoxicillin and the prognosis that she will probably not make it. Which came as a shock as she was all chipper and was doing well with the bottle. But she was so tiny and weak that any disease that strikes would be devastating to her developing system. We brought her home and tried the best we could with medications and force-feeding her, as she was too upset to eat. Side shot of the stumpy kitten. She was only 4x5 tiles big! I needed macro for this. Monday, August 31, 2009.

My Life, without armour: October 2008

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Friday, October 31, 2008. The land where architects' wildest dreams come true. On my way back from Europe during my last holiday, I had 2-day stopover at United Arab Emirates (UAE). For most people, UAE is Dubai. Actually UAE consists of 7 emirates, namely Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm al-Quwain. My visit to UAE this time is very different f...

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Friday, February 20, 2009. I was on my way home when I heard DJ Frankie from Pilihan Radio mentioning about the 10 warning signs of Facebook addiction. So how many of the followings apply to you? 1 Facebook is your home page. 2 You update your status more than twice a day. 3 You have over 500 "friends" half of whom you've never actually met. Links to this post. Lately I have be...

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Monday, March 30, 2009. My trip to Hanoi was not only sightseeing, but to eat as many types of food as I could. In addition to Vietnamese food, Vietnam is also renowned for its colonial French cuisines. I had a French lunch buffet (USD22) at Le Beaulieu, Metropole Hotel Hanoi. This French colonial hotel was established in 1901. Steamed catfish in beer at Little Hanoi Restaurant.

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Friday, July 31, 2009. Emirates was having promotion in June to European and US destinations. A week was too short for visiting USA, so we opted for European destinations. So we were deciding between Nice and Malta. As we couldnt get any more cheap places to stay in Nice, we went to Malta. Emirates is the only airlines that have good connection to Malta from Singapore. 4 Weathe...

My Life, without armour: My Italian Dream
http://chaz88.blogspot.com/2008/09/my-italian-dream.html
My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Sunday, September 7, 2008. This is one of my all time favourites - Tiramisu. Tiramisu in Italian, means "pick-me-up" (Tirami su), a reference to the effects of the sugar and espresso, but can be translated figuratively as "cheer me up". I have come up with my own version of recipe. 3 Eggs (Separate yolks from whites). 300 ml strong black coffee with 100 ml rum (optional). Since...

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Sunday, September 28, 2008. In December 2007, I won a lucky draw stay at Le Meurice, just opposite Le Lourve. Very central and near to all the up market shopping areas but can be very hard to find cheap food. Everytime I only visit the neighbourhood areas of where I stay, instead of venturing out to other districts. It is like discovering a new soul of Paris in every visit.

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Saturday, June 27, 2009. Countdown to Singaporean efficiency. We were worried if we would miss our flight and how we would get a taxi in this station during rush hour. Impatiently, I was thinking why the man could not fall onto the track 5 minutes later so our train would not be disrupted. Then the announcement saying that the train would be delayed for 15 minutes, stating the ...

My Life, without armour. The truth or just something made up for interesting reading. Your choice - To decide, but not to judge. Thursday, July 31, 2008. Just watched Batman: The Dark Knight this afternoon. I felt like I was watching a tamer Saw movie. Nowadays, even movies adapted from comics contains gore and violence. Killings, bombings, tortures in almost every action movies. Do we really want this? Are audience now asking for more? Have we been disinhibited and desensitised? Links to this post.
