Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Had a discussion with 3 other friends recently about the attention/concern given to friends in trouble. Realised that we have fundamentally different ideas of how much attention/concern should be given to what kind of friends when they are feeling unhappy or in trouble. Nothing wrong in either approaches but it does shows how different our ways of thinking are. Friend Number 2: (Something to the same effect). I hope I don't make that mistake anytime soon. Haha. So this is it!

Wednesday, September 01, 2010. It's Teachers' Day again! As usual, there's the presents and cards and "adoring" looks by the kiddos. ok ok I exaggerates. But there were some presents. all nice, some more useful than others but all thoughtful. Some of the stuff bear special mention. like these stuff. The LV print on the bear is so cute lah. Hehe. it's great coz its my fav brand! The msgs on these cards cracked me up! Seriously hilarious. but for the record, I don't really "abuse" the sec 5s. haha.

Saturday, January 01, 2011. My resolution this year is to be less angry. To look at things and people (no matter how ridiculous) with. 2010 had been a whole kaleidoscope of rather contrasting experiences. Some good, some bad. I'm grateful for the little and not so little things I have in my life. My family, my health, my good buddies. I'll try to hang on for a couple more years! Sunday, June 20, 2010. Lazaroo never fails to make me smile. And so I was talking to the crazy lazaroo over msn and we decided to come up with a teacher's dictionary. actually it's mostly her. I just laughed and agreed with her. kekeke. Just a few stuff she came up with at the spur of the moment when I was complaining to her about how resentful I felt about having to do work during the hols. hahaha. Student ( n): a person who is capable of driving an adult up the wall. Often deceiful and vengeful.

Sunday, January 24, 2010. Here's a great big thank you for all the fabulous people wishing me happy birthday via twitter, smses, facebook, phonecalls and even e-mails! Though most of you would never read this post or even come across this blog, you're all much appreciated! 23rd - 24th Jan 2010. And so, I turned 28 today. But the weekend was fun! Ok, to be honest, friday wasn't great. There was this ridiculous seminar that took all day and masters class that took up 1/2 my night. = =. The room was nice!

Sunday, August 22, 2010. Just back from ECP, the park my income tax (a rather large amount might I add) goes to help upkeep. = =. Marking is a bitch but its not going to go away anytime soon. Finished 3 classes of 4E SS and there's still 4 more to go. My 2 stacks of 4NA's not done and another 7 will come in by Wednesday! I wonder where do they expect the graduating teachers to find the time to mark all the bloody papers! Tuesday, August 10, 2010. I was gonna be emo bout stuff but. Back to my mum! Truth b...

Wednesday, May 18, 2011. I found myself tired of giving. I'm not a very "giving" person to begin with. Being accommodating(on my own accord of course) for so very long is truly tiring. Nobody forced me of course. I was just being stubborn and perhaps just a trifle afraid of losing what little I had. But I guess if I have to try so hard then it was never really mine to begin with.
