Aku tidaklah terlalu meraikan sgt hari kemerdekaan ini. Tapi tahun ini aku dapati terdapat sedikit kelainan. Tiada sahutan.tiada tempikan.tiada iklan. Sambutan merdeka tahun ini tidak seperti tahun2 yg lalu. Konsert2 pun seperti tiada. Walaupun ada (agaknya) tapi tidak diheboh dan diuar-uarkan. Mungkinkah masyarakat sudah sedar?
