One Size Knits All. Patterns that look great on any body. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Want to Wash Your Clothes on These? I have a four yo son who has the obligatory 4 yo washboard abs. That little six pack peeks out during giggling fits and tickle fights. Of course, being the borderline bad mom that I am, I taught him to lift his shirt and ask random friends and relatives if they'd like to, "Wash your clothes on these? By design goddess Veronik Avery. Really, gorgeous Mountain Mohair yarn, nice knitting job — it totally perplexed me why such a nice sweater ended up in a children’s resale shop. As it turned out, it was just fine. I cut from the neck to the shoulder (possibly a little...

My knitting and design adventures. More Adventures in Steeking. What have I been up to for the last year or so? May 31, 2012. I ended up making Jesse some new cloth wipes, since the cheap washcloths we’d been using were really not very nice, and I had some flannel receiving blankets I could cut up. The were so easy! I think I may be hooked! 16 new wipes (and 10 more older cloth wipes refurbished) in about an hour. Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window). Share on Facebook (Opens in new window).

My knitting and design adventures. Newer posts →. School has Eaten My Brain. January 26, 2012. In the meantime, here are some pictures of Jesse in his Owls sweater, which finally fits him (and he’s been living in 24/7) and with his dad in their matching Netherlands Sampler sweaters:. Currently, I’m working on some colorwork gloves (a test knit) and top-secret never-ending gift (still) and trying to figure out how best to use some yarn that was given to me by a friend who is moving overseas. 2011 had a lo...
