The train authorities should be doing something about these eunuchs",. I think even they are abbeting this extortion",. These eunuchs are getting money for free". Wednesday, June 29, 2005. Signed Mein Kampf edition sold for $43K. This is one book which I had got for much much less, but it wasnt signed ;-). A signed first edition of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf has been sold for 23,800 at an auction in London.
