Be sure to pick the male flowers (the one without the little baby zucchini or squash at its base). Adapted from vegetarian times. 1 block of extra firm tofu, drained. 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1 tsp minced ginger. 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce. 2 tbsp natural peanut butter. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 tsp sesame oil. 1 clove garlic, minced. 3 medium carrots, grated. 1 zucchini, grated.
