Basically, trim and peel a pineapple. In a bowl mix the zest from one lemon and 1/2 cup sugar. Place the pineapple into the sugar mix and roll it around until it's totally coated. Cobbler recipe before, but if you ever make cobblers in a 1/2 pint jar, these are the adaption I made. 1 Use one can of pie filling (of your choice) and place the filling in the bottom of the jars. She met her fiance at a Ranger's game.and it's been a huge part of their relationship. It just so happened to fall on Opening Week, and the bridal party had planned the bachelorette party for the next day.at the Ranger's game. I'll pretend that timing was all part of the deal. We also threw in some wine for those that aren't into cokes and water.
