This scenario happesn quite frequently where with OAM SSO , you can download / open files with IE7 ,8 and firefox 3 ,but it's not working with IE6 and you get error i.e. file not found . In such case set webgate configuration parameters "CacheControlHeader" and "CachePragamHeader' to "public" . Links to this post.
