This is a recipe I got from Our Best Bites. I made a few little changes, to achieve something I call scumptioulicious (say that 5 times). And it goes amazingly well with a salad and dressing I will be sharing in the near future. This is very very easy and I'm sure everyone will enjoy! In my family birthdays = carrot cake. So naturally, for my son's first birthday I made carrot cake - Brazilian Style! Yes, it's orange, and yes it has a chocolate glaze. hummm SO GOOD! 3 medium carrots shredded. 1 tbs baking powder. Put all wet ingredients and carrots in a blender and blend until carrots are chopped and shredded finely,and batter takes on an orange-ish tint. Bake on a greased/floured pan for 40 min at a preheated over (375F). You may think it's weird, but trust me, it's sooooo good!

I'm a juice addict. Needles to say, Jamba Juice is my favorite place to eat -uhm, drink. However, nothing compares to fresh juice from fresh fruit. And this, my friends, is my favorite juice EVER! All you need is:. A few mint leaves (fresh! Chop up the pineapple, add the mint leaves and the water, blend and ta-da! You have yourself one very refreshing drink! Bom, a gente sabia mais ou menos onde ele estava pois podemos vê-lo de longe. Mas a gente não fazia idéia de qual caminho fazer para chegar perto da margem. Depois de andar de carro por um tempinho. ACHAMOS! Até que não foi tão difícil assim. Eu adorei essa foto! A benção do timer na máquina! Sempre damos um jeitinho de aparecer nas fotos juntos.

This year we are more settled down to set the Christmas mood in our apartment. We had a great time decorating and setting the tree up. I'm happy how our tree turned out. Dec 13, 2010. I'm happy to say that Matt and I celebrated our one year anniversary this past weekend. The celebrating of our anniversary started with my sweet parents taking us out to dinner on Thursday to one our favorite restaurants, the Blue Iguana. Then on Friday we went to my company's Christmas party at the Grand America Hotel. The cake tasted fine, you couldn't even tell that it was a year old. Matt finally gave in and took a bite. Sep 28, 2009. Matt took me to the U of U's homecoming dance this past weekend. First he took me to dinner at Trio, one of my favorite restaurants. (Thank you! Then we headed downtown for a night of fun. I can't even express how much I enjoy dancing with Matt. Jan 8, 2010. We just recieved our wedding video. click here. Sebastian did such a great job! Jan 4, 2010. It took awhile to arrive to our destination but the wait was definitely worth it. After a 3 hour layover delay we made it to our hotel at night but made it just in time for our first Mexican meal accompanied with Manzana Lift. For those of you who don't know, this drink is one our favorites! This a restaurant we found on the beach. I can honestly say that Cancun, Mexico is like paradise. Dec 12, 2009.

Apr 16, 2010. Today I presented my Senior Thesis and project.I'm happy to say everything went well. This semester I have been so busy with assignments which has caused me to focus on school more. I have a week and a half until I am officially with my undergraduate schooling. It has been a hard road but I finally see the light and the end of the tunnel. Dec 31, 2009. This day was probably the longest day of our lives but also the BEST. Our reception was held at Millennial Falls in Draper. They decorated the place so beautifully and everything was done so well, including the napkins. Both, my grandpa and Matt's mother gave us a toast before we cut the cake.
