Born in Chinchilla, 1964, Di McIntyre has spent her lifetime on the land. Her art career began in 2005, and has received acclamation in joint exhibitions, agricultural shows and festivals in the Western Downs. Major achievements include five champion and reserve champion paintings at the Chinchilla show from 2007-2009, and champion painting at the 2009 Chinchilla Melon Festival. This exhibit was acquired for the Western Downs Regional Council collection. Just East of too Far West. Crossroads to the Future.
