Miles is also going to be a big brother in September! Another boy, what fun! Monday, July 31, 2006. Once in a while Mommy gives me a baby cookie to chew on, they're so good! Mommy says that someday putting my feet up on the table won't be cute but that we'll deal with that when the time comes because it's cute for now.

Nicola’s NZ Weblog. NZ and how I see it. Piha Rescue – Or Not? Posted in NZ Life. On November 25, 2008 by nicolanz. We went to a new beach to the west for a change: Piha. What you can’t see is, that Lion Rock got its name because of its resemblance to a sleeping lion. But to see that you have to look at it from the rear. If I had known that beforehand I would have tried to take a picture from the lion’s backside. Looks like fun, doesn’t it? On November 17, 2008 by nicolanz. Or Gannet Colony II🙂. Muriwai...

Wednesday, January 17, 2007. 2006-12-30 Boltenhagen, Day 1. Before last year, I had never spent my VACATIONS with my friends. Thinking of it. in 11th grade, we already spent a whole week (involuntarily) together in a house on the beautiful "Isle of Wight". But, as I said, this was school and we had no other choice :). I was curious whether we'd make it through a whole week now - being "adult" and "mature". I fixed us some spaghettis. Fortunately, the tablecloth was washable, so we could make a mess.

My dear Monika, geo-scientist-soon-to-be-PhD, explaning the composition of granite to us ignorants. glimmer, quartz, and feldspar. Right? Correct me if I'm wrong. Posted by Stefanie at 4:01 AM.
