Monday, February 17, 2014. So its Spring Break! Lets get CRAY CRAY. On Friday I flew into YYJ (which i was surprised to learn isn't actually in Victoria but Sidney), to start a very much needed break from one of the more epic winter's that Winnipeg has had in recent years, i.e. snowbanks above my head / 20 below kinda winter. Thursday, April 11, 2013. Theres Still Hope for You Yet Winnipeg. Winnipeg is going through a lot of really shitty days, and then BAM! Out of nowhere theres this one really amazing day. First day of (almost) summer vacation (I'd say summer vacation but lets be honest maybe we should study for some exams before we get ahead of ourselves). Good coffee (and a chocolate croissant). Most delicious/nutritious race food. Coming back next year. Westside Classic - deceptively steep. lots of chasing. Nationals - hot. dusty. flat repair. tough. Breakfast Quebec Patio Style. Bear Mtn - ranniest, funniest, dirtiest race of the year thus far! More fondos are in my future. Oh ya and I lost an eye.

BIKE TO WORK DAY. Shona propositioned me to be the photographer for Bike to Work Day. This past Friday. I had an awesome time ripping around to a bunch of different pit stops, and stuffing my face with donuts and coffee (all a cyclist needs).
