On Christmas morning (2013) I woke up feeling very unwell – dizzy, faint, like I was going to throw up – but I was determined to go to the prison. By the grace of God I mustered up enough strength to drive the 1 hour 30 mins to the prison. I am so thankful I did because the experience I had was so beautiful I would never have wanted to miss it. I thought it was fitting to share a blog about him (and what better topic to resurrect my blog with!
