It was a lot of planning on his behalf and I'm sure he slept well that night. The kids had a terrific time. A big thanks to all the staff and parents who supervised. On Wednesday, we celebrated "Pink Day". Pink Day helps teach our students to be a "buddy" rather than a "bully". We encourage you to have similar conversations at home to reinforce respect of others. We've experienced some wonderful events over the last week, including our grade 8 and kindergarten graduations. Both pull on your heart! I hope to see you at Lunch on the Lawn tomorrow. It was great timing because it coincided with the release of the new curriculum; I’d love to say we planned it that way, but we didn't. The speaker presented tips for parents to follow and I also answered questions about how the curriculum is taught at LKS.
